You can unsubscribe to these at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on any of the emails that you receive from the The Bearable Bull.

Data Protection
The Bearable Bull is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide upon registration and subscribing to our courses will be safeguarded by The Bearable Bull who may also use your data to keep you informed of relevant products and services. By using our services, you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). Use of website server log information for IT security purposes
Our third-party hosting provider stores server logs to ensure network and IT security and so that the server and website remain uncompromised. This includes analysing log files to help identify and prevent unauthorised access to our network, the distribution of malicious code, denial of services attacks and other cyber-attacks, by detecting unusual or suspicious activity. Unless we are investigating suspicious or potential criminal activity, we do not make, nor do we allow our website server provider to make any attempt to identify you from the information collected via server logs.

Legal basis for processing: compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Legal obligation: we have a legal obligation to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of our processing of information about individuals. Recording access to our website using server log files is such a measure. Legal basis for processing: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Legitimate interests: we have a legitimate interest in using your information for the purposes of ensuring network and information security.

Types of communications
By submitting your email address you are consenting to receive the specific piece of information you requested, as well as allowing us to send you appropriate and useful communications. This includes, but is not limited to; invitations to our industry leading events and webinars, our latest assets (whitepapers, guides, reports, infographics, videos and case studies) and promotional offers on courses and membership.

If you are a customer of The Bearable Bull, you will also receive regular emails related to your course. These updates will also highlight the great new changes taking place at The Bearable Bull. At any time, you can opt-out by clicking the link in any emails you receive from us. The link will always be in the footer of the email. If you don’t have an email from us to hand and want to update your preferences.

Transfer and storage of your information
Information you submit to subscribe for our email communications will be stored outside the European Economic Area on Active Campaign’s servers in the United States of America. For further information about the safeguards used when your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, see the section of this privacy policy below entitled Transfers of your information outside the European Economic Area.

Processing your payment
After you place an order on our website you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment we use a third party payment processor called Stripe. Your payment will be processed by Stripe via a payment gateway. Legal basis for processing: necessary to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Reason why necessary to perform a contract: to fulfil your contractual obligation to pay for the goods or services you have ordered from us.

VIP Consulting refunds
In the unlikelihood that you are not satisfied with the VIP Consulting, we provide a 110% money-back guarantee within one year of the purchase date. The 110% money-back guarantee can only be redeemed once. Refunds redeemed later down the line will only be refunded for the full price of the product.

For customers prior to 27/10/2022 policies are kept to 110% refund.

In the unlikely event that you are permanently banned from our Discord server or email due to misconduct e.g. derogatory language, offensive language, direct offence to another member, etc  you will no longer be eligible for a refund from any of our services.

10% of the refund is given back in XRP.

Refunds redeemed later down the line after the re-purchase of VIP Consulting package upon previous withdrawal from the course are not eligible for refunds.

Group Consulting refunds
In the unlikelihood that you are not satisfied with the Group Consulting, we provide a 100% money-back guarantee within one year of the purchase date. The 100% money-back guarantee can only be redeemed once. Refunds redeemed later down the line will only be refunded for the full price of the product.

For customers prior to 27/10/2022 policies are kept to 110% refund.

The BB's Crypto Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel a group consulting session if it does not reach the minimum number of people to go ahead. Minimum requirement is three (3) people per session. The BB's Crypto Consulting LLC will provide 24 hour notice when possible. If notice is not provided, clients will be automatically rescheduled for the next availability.

Subscription
BB’s Crypto Consultancy LLC provides a subscription service that allows our members to access educational content in the (‘’Accidental Billionaires University’’).

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, Accidental Billionaires University or “ABU” means the educational bundle service provided by BB’s Crypto Consultancy LLC which includes the courses: group consulting replay, exit strategy, only fans AMAs, Discord AMA replays, alt coin reviews, and YouTube vault.

1. Membership
1.1. Your Accidental Billionaires University access will continue until terminated. To access The Accidental Billionaires University you must have Internet access and ensure your Thinkific account is set up with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

2. Billing and Cancellation
2.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the BB’s Crypto Consultancy LLC service will be charged to your Payment Method on the 1st of every month. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, note our third party payment solution will only attempt payment three times. If your payment is not successful on the third attempt,BB’s Crypto Consultancy LLC has the right to remove your access to ABU.

2.2. Payment Methods. To use the BB’s Crypto Consultancy LLC service ABU you must provide one or more Payment Methods to your Thinkific account. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to ABU until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

2.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “My Account" page on Thinkific: https://thebearablebull.thinkific.com/account. We may also update  Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

2.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your ABU subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused ABU content. To cancel, go to the “My Account" page click on ‘’Billing’’ and cancel your subscription. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

2.5. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. The University was removed from group consulting package from 27/10/2022.
Third party payment processors
The third-party payment processors we use collect, use and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies.

Transfer and storage of your information
Stripe may transfer information relating to your transaction and the processing of your transaction outside the European Economic Area. Where they do so, they will put appropriate safeguards in place. For further information about the safeguards used when your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, see the section of this privacy policy below entitled Transfers of your information outside the European Economic Area.

Accountants
We share information with our accountants for tax purposes. For example, we share invoices we issue and receive with our accountants for the purpose of completing tax returns and our end of year accounts. Our accountants are located in the United States.

Contact form
Information you submit via our contact form is stored on our server in the United Kingdom but is also forwarded to our email address and transferred outside the European Economic Area. For more information, please see ‘Email’ immediately above.

Payment processing
When you pay for goods and services on your site, if you select Stripe, information about your order and the processing of your order may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Referral Programme
The 110% money-back guarantee will not be applicable to referees 30 days from the purchase date. Referral payments will only be made in XRP. Referrals will only be eligible if the referee is not an existing client. There is no limit to the number of prospects a referrer can refer in our “Refer a Savage” programme. Referral fees will only be issued the 1st of the month 30 days after the referred client has registered successfully to one of our consulting options (VIP or Group Consulting)

Stripe
Stripe may transfer information they process about your order outside the EEA. Where they do so, they will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. You can access Stripe’s privacy policy here. Your rights in relation to your information: Subject to certain limitations on certain rights, you have the following rights in relation to your information, which you can exercise by writing to: support@thebearablebull.io

• to request access to your information and information related to our use and processing of your information;
• to request the correction or deletion of your information;• to request that we restrict our use of your information;
• to receive information which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. a CSV file) and the right to have that information transferred to another data controller (including at third-party data controller);
• to object to the processing of your information for certain purposes (for further information, see the section below entitled Your right to object to the processing of your information); and
• to withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time where we rely on your consent to use or process that information.

Please note that if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of our use and processing of your information on the basis of your consent before the point in time when you withdraw your consent. In accordance with Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation.
